In the event of a billing dispute, information may be released to the parties issuing the dispute.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with you purchase, any unwashed and unworn items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. *

Please note: Return shipping costs to and from Ownd will be incurred on your return.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. Return authorizations can be obtained by emailing Hello[at]getownd.com.

Product Quality Policy

We are pride ourselves on the attention to detail and the quality of the products we offer. However, it is still possible that a defective item may make it out the door. If you receive ANY defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at Hello[at]getownd.com.

All shipping on the replacement of defective merchandise will be provided at the expense of Ownd.
